How long will therapy take?

Your healing and self-discovery are very personal processes. In our personal and professional opinions, there is pre-determined time for your therapy to be over. Some people begin to feel relief of symptoms after a few sessions, but when you have faced certain struggles or have adapted for a long time, the process could take much longer to feel more solid in oneself, to allow yourself time to put into practice your new awareness. Each session is usually 50 minutes long and we begin by seeing clients once per week. Research shows that coming to therapy on a regular, consistent basis is most effective for change to occur. Many people attend therapy on a weekly basis, some every other week, and some a couple of times per week. We will work together to decide your needs.

How much does therapy cost?

Therapy is an investment to yourself. Our fees range from $130-185 per session, depending on the type of service and which clinician you’re working with.

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network providers are more than happy to provide you with something called a "superbill" each month. To see if you have out-of-network benefits, first contact your insurance company and as them if they reimburse for out-of-network providers. If they do, ask how much they reimburse and consider your deductible. Let your therapist know if you'd like to use your out-of-network benefits and they can provide you with a monthly superbill for you to turn into your insurance company for reimbursement. A superbill requires at least one mental health diagnosis so that your insurance knows that symptoms are being addressed in therapy. You and your therapist will discuss this further after the initial assessment period.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Debit and credit cards; Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
