She/Her

Specialties: Young adults, women in transitional periods of life, complex trauma, and couples

I am a trauma informed, insight- oriented therapist who believes in the power of transformation through connection. I choose to walk alongside those who are struggling and are wanting to embrace their authentic self. A journey to self-discovery happens when one experiences increased awareness, understanding, expression, and connection.

My clients are adults struggling with the effects of trauma, identity, life transitions, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, and addiction. Young adult women who feel lost or stuck as they are in the midst of coming to a greater understanding of who they are allow me to support them through these times in their lives. I love helping those who hope to work through past traumas that may be keeping them from living their life to the fullest.

I am trained in depth-oriented approaches including attachment, inner child work, use of art and dream work. I am an EMDR Basic Trained Certified and EMDRIA approved therapist. EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a specific form of therapy which has been shown as an effective way to help people recover from past traumas. This allows the brain to start its natural healing process and provide relief.

Aside from being a therapist, I enjoy creatively expressing myself through painting, reading, cooking, rock climbing, and jamming out to some 90’s hip hop while spending time with those I love.

“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
― C.G. Jung
